Agnieszka Rabczak

An expert with over 15 years of experience in the implementation of strategic and operational projects, as well as in organizational change management in the financial, energy and fuel, legal, IT, and printing sectors. She specializes in ESG, compliance, risk management, and the implementation of regulatory requirements into everyday business practice. In her work, she uniquely combines legal, business, and operational perspectives, helping organizations translate complex regulations into effective management and reporting processes.

She currently serves as Compliance Manager at GS1, where she is responsible for shaping and overseeing regulatory compliance and corporate governance systems. She previously developed her experience in this area, among others, as a Regulatory Compliance, ESG and Sustainability Reporting Expert at Rubicon Wacht, Kijek Law Firm. In this role, she supported companies in designing corporate governance systems, analyzing ESG data, implementing standards compliant with CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD, and the EU Taxonomy, as well as preparing processes for external audits. Since 2026, she has also been involved in systemic initiatives as a member of the Working Group of Experts on CSDDD and Due Diligence at the Ministry of Development and Technology, where she participates in work on the transposition of the EU directive into Polish law.

She built her extensive experience in leading market organizations. At ORLEN Capital Group, she co-coordinated the implementation of non-financial reporting in accordance with CSRD and co-developed key strategic documents, including the “ORLEN Group Sustainability Strategy 2024–2030” and the methodology for assessing suppliers in terms of ESG. She also participated in strategic integration and transformation processes following the acquisition of PGNiG, LOTOS, and ENERGA. Previously, she was associated with ING Bank for nearly a decade.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Rzeszów and completed her prosecutorial training at the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszów. She holds an Executive MBA degree from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she also completed postgraduate studies in ESG Business Models and Non-Financial Reporting. 

Dorota Grabowska

Expert in strategic, media, and crisis communications, journalist, and executive with nearly twenty years of experience in media, public administration, and professional training.

She spent 19 years with Polish Television (TVP), serving as reporter, news presenter, editor, producer, and ultimately Director and Editor-in-Chief of TVP3 Lublin, where she managed a team of nearly 200 employees during one of the most challenging periods in public broadcasting.

Her experience in public administration includes serving as Press Secretary to the Governor of the Lublin Voivodeship, where she was responsible for media relations, crisis communications, and public information.

She specializes in crisis communication, media relations, personal branding, executive branding, and employer branding. She delivers training and workshops for public institutions, businesses, and NGOs, helping leaders build credible public profiles and effective communication strategies.

Since 2023, she has lectured at the University of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin, teaching journalism, public communication, and personal branding.

She holds degrees in Journalism and Social Communication, Film Directing, and an Executive MBA, combining academic knowledge with extensive executive and public sector experience.
