Training Speakers
dr Monika Płońska – President of the Management Board of Green Savings Scheme S.A. and the Green Industry Foundation, and an expert in sustainability management and decarbonization. She has extensive experience implementing strategies aligned with the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal, managing ESG initiatives, and securing sustainable financing, including green bonds. She has worked with organizations including ORLEN S.A. and Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. She also lectures on MBA and postgraduate programmes in sustainable development and ESG.
Grzegorz Motak – Founder and President of VERY WELL, he has been shaping the development of marketing and events in shopping centres for many years. Drawing on extensive experience gained from working with more than 150 shopping centres across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, he combines creativity with a practical approach to delivering effective marketing strategies. As a former member of the PRCH Retail Awards Jury, he has in-depth knowledge of the retail sector and is passionate about sharing his expertise and inspiring others.
